There could be several reasons why you are unable to get more than 16mb internet with Telekom. It could be due to the limitations of the infrastructure in your area, such as the distance from the nearest exchange or the type of technology available. It could also be due to the specific internet package you have chosen, as some packages may have a maximum speed limit. Additionally, it could be due to the overall network congestion or capacity limitations in your area. It's best to contact Telekom directly to inquire about the specific reasons for the limitation in your internet speed. **
