It depends on the context and the specific behavior of the dog. If the dog is exhibiting excessive energy and excitement that is causing disruption or potential danger, then it may be considered too boisterous. However, if the dog is simply playful and energetic without causing any issues, then it may not be considered too boisterous. It's important to consider the individual dog's behavior and the specific situation before determining if it is too boisterous. **

When a puppy meets a boisterous young dog, the puppy may initially be overwhelmed by the energy and playfulness of the older dog. The boisterous dog may try to engage the puppy in rough play, which could be intimidating for the young pup. However, this interaction can also be a great learning experience for the puppy, teaching them important social cues and boundaries in dog-to-dog interactions. With proper supervision and guidance, the puppy can benefit from the playful energy of the boisterous dog and develop important social skills. **

Yes, I have been disturbed by noisy and boisterous children in the past. It can be frustrating when trying to concentrate or relax, especially in public places like restaurants or on public transportation. However, I understand that children are naturally energetic and curious, so I try to be patient and understanding in those situations. I also recognize that it's important for children to have the freedom to express themselves and have fun, so I try to find a balance between my need for peace and their need for play. **
