The takedown ability is typically used in combat situations to quickly and quietly incapacitate an opponent. To use the takedown ability, you need to approach an enemy from behind without being detected. Once you are close enough, a prompt will appear on the screen to perform the takedown. Press the corresponding button to execute the takedown and neutralize the enemy without alerting others. It's important to use the takedown ability strategically to take out enemies without raising the alarm and to progress through the game stealthily. **

To perform a simple takedown throw, start by getting a good grip on your opponent's upper body or arms. Next, use your leg to trip or sweep your opponent's legs out from under them while simultaneously pulling them forward or to the side. Finally, use your body weight and momentum to drive your opponent to the ground, ensuring a controlled and safe landing. Practice and proper technique are key to executing a successful takedown throw. **

After being taken down, one can continue fighting by immediately working to get back to their feet. This can be done by using technical stand-ups, hip escapes, or by creating space to stand up. It's also important to maintain a strong base and defend against strikes or submission attempts while working to get back up. Additionally, one can look for opportunities to reverse the position and gain top control, or to initiate a submission from the bottom. Overall, staying calm, focused, and using proper technique can help one continue fighting effectively after a takedown. **

It would be challenging for an untrained person to effectively defend against a double leg takedown on the street. Without proper training in techniques such as sprawling, balance, and leverage, it would be difficult to counter the momentum and force of a double leg takedown. In a real-life situation, the untrained person may be overpowered and taken down to the ground, potentially leading to further harm or vulnerability. It is always advisable to seek self-defense training to better prepare for such scenarios. **
